Results depend on factors outside our control.Client responsibilitiesYou agree to provide timely access to required tools and information (such as CRM, calendar, email/SMS provider, forms, and any brand or process details) and to review/approve key steps. Delays may affect timelines.Payments (Stripe)Payments may be processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. Any applicable taxes or third-party platform fees (subscriptions, messaging fees, etc.) are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.Refunds & cancellationsUnless otherwise stated in writing:
• Setup / implementation fees are non-refundable once work has started.
• If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund of the unused amount (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).
• For ongoing services, you may cancel with 7 days’ notice and you will be allowed to use deliverables already provided; you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.Intellectual propertyUnless otherwise agreed:
• you retain ownership of your data and content
• we retain ownership of our pre-existing templates, methods, and know-how
• after full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered automation setup for your businessThird-party servicesOur work may rely on third-party platforms (such as Make, Zapier, Twilio, Google, CRMs). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, feature limitations, or pricing changes.Limitation of liabilityNote: to the maximum extent permitted by law, NEIRONIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
